After enjoying the views of the 9th highest mountain we continued the journey towards Mipilimana to do the adventurous hike to Conical hill. We searched for Conical Hill for so long and thanks to Viraj we finally found it last night on the meter map and we abandoned Hakgalla hike to to this wonderful hike.
It was the second day of a wonderful trip and our main target was for the day was driving to the top of One tree Hill (Single Tree Hill) to enjoy the views and to do a hike to Conical Hill which is a extreme hike, other than the locals nobody has done it before. As we had 2 hikes lined up we had to hurry and we left after breakfast around 8.30AM.
Our 2nd day objective was to do the Kirigalpotta Nature Trail and My Engagement on top of Kirigalpotta. But it previous night it rained….. Tent got damaged… didn’t have a good night sleep and crew members wanted to return home so we did Circular Trail. We finished the trail around10AM we had our breakfast on campsite and returned to the Van.
